There is something seriously dishonest about these people. They treat everyone with contempt and have a look of disgust on their face as they speak to you. Pam Spain could not have been any ruder or disrespectful. This woman thinks that if she is having a bad day, which is every day for her, that everyone else should have a bad day as well. Pam Spain seems to thrive upon county residents having a bad day at her expense because it makes her feel justified as if she has abused her power in an appropriate manner. Pam Spain manipulates the Sheriff's Dept to help her with her attempts to intimidate local residents that she does not care for. Tell your friends, tell everyone about the dishonesty here in Pamlico county. This is a matter that needs much public attention!
