Absolutely the most least informative crowd I've ever spoken to. Every question is answered "I have no idea".

I'm writing this review based on Elise with the finance department. I became a county employee as of August 1st. I went to Elise as all new county employees do to fill out paperwork for tax withholding, insurance, etc. I was actually set up with an appointment to meet with her, and I was there on time for our meeting. I caught her walking out of the door and she rolled her eyes when I asked if she was Elise and stated that I "barely caught her" - how professional. I was uncertain at that time if I wanted insurance through the county, and because Elise wanted to go out to brunch with friends she was extremely pushy, wouldn't explain anything and practically pushed me out of the door. She said I could come back within my 90 day probationary period and opt in for insurance if I wanted it. Since then I have attempted to meet with her at the courthouse to no avail. She is never in and from what I am told she is always "out with friends". How the heck does she get paid when she's never there to do her job, not even when she has scheduled appointments? Finally called her office today, since I am 7 days away from the end of my probationary period. Figured maybe I could get a hold of her, she's very elusive afterall. She informs me that its 30 days to opt in for insurance, so i was absolutely lied to to be pushed out the door during my initial meeting. She was extremely rude to me, making excuses and cutting me off mid sentence. I now have to wait until May for an open enrollment. More than 6 months without any insurance due to another county employee that is so consumed in going to brunch and hanging out with her friends and colleagues to actually work and do her job. Thanks Elise.
