Every time I talk to someone I am told something different. Obviously more job training is needed. Desi & Rita lack skills needed to deal with the public. Even when clearly printed they have no idea of what the correct eviction process is & should not be advising others. The attitude given when corrected could cause someone to rock the orange jump suit.

The absolute worst service ever at the clerks window. My mother and I came to pay off fines the little light skinned skinny girl with the glasses told us that we had to go to the Dmv to get case numbers to pay them.. Meanwhile we went to the district attorney office and they provided us with the information we needed. After going back to pay the fines we waited for an hour and 30 minutes maybe more because of her terrible attitude and lies. She kept giving us the run around and prolonging the situation for no reason.

I will have to say that the Vance County Clerk of Court Office is poorly operated. For jury duty summons the recorded message should be updated properly and instead was last updated for March 3rd (3 weeks ago) and should have been updated for the March 24th. The response giving was they must have forgot to update the message. I think Vance County Court has many flaws if the jury selection has flaws. I wonder how many people will be fined for not showing up today due to their poorly operated Clerk's Office!!!
