Marshall serves as the Director of Forge Deferral Solutions where he is responsible for the development,
planning, and implementations of fee deferral strategies for The Forge Companies attorney clients. In
addition to working with attorneys to structure solutions, he manages the relationships with our
solution partners, including managing the day-to-day relationship with those partners.
