I had a family court case in the 59th with the Honorable Larry Phillips. The case was handled quickly & professionally, but did not lack in respect & compassion. The judge was unbiased & although I did have an extra hoop to jump through it was clearly out of fairness for the responding party. The judge definitely covered all of his requisites for a fair case.
