Robert Scott Sirk is a complete joke. Allowing the systematic separation of fathers from their children after the presumption the mother is the better care taker. It would be too much effort to ask a mother to prove stability after relocating out of state to live in a trailer with a boyfriend. Ultimately allowing her to relocate out of state, from a parent that has a solid financial history, a positive family support system and from the father that initially filed for custody. She’s now homeless, my child has experienced violence and suffered mentally due to Sirks inaction to do his job.
