If there was an option for zero I would go with ZERO! This has to be the worst I have ever encountered in terms of professionalism. The person behind the phone is absolutely rude and inconsiderate. Literally declines my call, is of no help and does not care about anyone else. I got a ticket leaving Georgia to head back to Florida per the hurricane and to this date can receive no info from anyone.
