This department wields Civil Forfeiture laws to steal from people without being charged with a crime. Absolutely disgraceful behavior from a police department. I'd expect this kind of behavior from organized crime not the police. They are as bad as the criminals they arrest when they use civil forfeiture to steal from people's pockets without charging them with a crime.
