Tried really hard to make it to the court house before 4:30 since that's when the clerk of court closes. Unfortunately, we didn't make it. We were trying to go have a quick ceremony since my fiance actually got off work before 5:00 which was a miracle in itself. It is honestly extremely inconvenient that it closes at 4:30 for those who don't get off work before that time... If it closed at 5:00 like it says the closing time is online we would have made it. On top of that, I spent a whole 3 hours trying to get them on the phone to see if we could make an appointment. The first time I called I was on hold for about a half hour and then got hung up on and then didn't get anyone until about 4:00. To which the lady told us to just come in.

Customer service was ok it just need to be more organized
