The most dangerous place in stockton is in this Building.. The judges act above the law, Judge Alva does not care about you or you're children.. he is there to make money for the county. The social workers are also there to make money The only thing honest about that place is the size and effort used to build the place.. they will use you're tax dollars and federal funds and stop at nothing to build up and there are homeless all around who are un housed yet the county can afford to build this gigantic marbel covered building . This is the saddest thing I have ever seen in my lifetime
