The honorable Gregory Ross and referee Shelly Smith have renewed my faith in the court system. They were both very objective and thorough in determining the facts. Further, I haven't been to this court since before the new metal detectors were installed and the security guard was very welcoming and helped me find my destination. The building was clean and beautiful. Thank you for making my dreaded experience a pleasant one.
