CROOKS! They are trying to revoke my husband's license from something from almost 7 years ago that I stood there and watched him pay all of his fines and fees in full. This is the second time they have tried to pull this stunt. He even paid all probation fees in full same day because per their agreement he would not be released from probation and had his charges dropped unless everything was paid. So took care of it then and there. I was there. Reminds me of when he got a ticket, went and paid it, they came back saying he never paid it, he took the receipt to them to show he paid it, and the lady said "that isn't our receipt" then he pointed out a different receipt book laying on a woman's desk with the same exact receipts that he had in his hand, and immediately the woman barked "we don't need to steal your money". He never said they did. So he had to pay it twice. NEVER PAY CASH.
