This historic structure was built in 1882 and currently houses both divisions of the Court of Common Pleas, General Trial Division and Probate/Juvenile Division, as well as the Tuscarawas County Board of Elections. The courthouse address is 101 East High Avenue, but the Tuscarawas County Office Building is located at 125 East High Avenue, New Philadelphia. The Office Building houses the offices of the Commissioners, Recorder, Auditor, Prosecutor, Treasurer, Clerk of Court, Law Library, and the Community Corrections Program of the Common Pleas General Division court.
