Atticus' Legacy Review of Marriott's closing account process after someone dies = 6/10 stars

Marriott gets solid marks from Atticus' Legacy Review of their closing account process after someone dies, as they do have a policy in place. It's not the easiest process but at least it's spelled out. However, it's not online anywhere, and there's no way to transfer points through your online account. Hopefully, after receiving this less than perfect mark they'll write one for their clients.
