i give the court 1 star they have allowed my sister darlene morgan to steal my fathers estate charles morgan from me an my siblings over the last 4 years an estate valued at the start at 160,000 darlene morgan set out to take it all my fathers wish was everything was to be devided evenly that has not been her intentions from the start she made the statement after my father died that everything was hers an set out to take it all starting by keeping the insurance money meant to bury him an the 1000 he left as a donation to his church being the pr we took hr to court to have her removed an the court continued to allow her to move forward with her plan to take everything she darlene morgan changed all locks an allowed the house to set empty with no heat she tried secertly to sell part of the property to her live in boyfriend gordan house for the sum of 20,000 far below markrt value lieing to the court that she did not no the buyer that bought it the entire time being un truthful when we took her back again to court to have her removed the court again would not remove her even after clearly an proven she was committing fraud they allowed her to continue on being pr now before the estate is even settled she has sold an proven for a profit clearly proven fraud darlene morgan as pr refused to comunacate with siblings in any form she would not allow any bank transactions to be seen or any reciepts to be seen she took two thirds of my fathers estate an kept for herself an also one fourth of the last one third she will take two my fathers estate started out at 160,000 me my sister my brother will be lucky to recieve 8;000 each leaving her to take the rest all while under the watch of the marylands orpins court they allowed to happen even though the siblings tried to remove her multiable times the court would not even though we proved to the court she had not been truthful an was commited fraud for her own personal gain the court still would not remove her the Maryland Orpins Court has allowed her to go against the wishes of my father Charles Morgan last wishes which was everything be divided evenly an continuley allowed Darlene Morgan to take more for her own personal gain an did nothing to help the siblings stop her my advice choose pr wisley do not depend on the court to help with the last wishes of the deceased they cleary will not help with theft or fraud lies an deceat as they did not in the case of my father Charles Morgan an allowed one sibling to take so much from all her other siblings an chose to do nothing to stop her an allowed her an her lawyer continue to take all THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU
