Everyone I came in contact with in the building who works here was very nice to me, and I don't usually have a positive or negative experience doing jury duty, it just is...but the security guards seemed like they liked working there and were very helpful, made a point to ask how my day was going, so I felt the need to just write a review real quick because the experience did stand out to me. I really do like the way they are running the facility.

Not helpful at requests nor assisting with documents requested. I went in Person to request documents on a judge and they totally confused me and redirected me for something else. While i was at the court house I requested copies of my son's transcripts, but i was told that i could get it myself online or call the number they wrote on the paper.tried to also get copied of my son's transcripts, i was provided a number to call. The Pierson at the numbs numbersaid i needed to do it online. ..i couldn't figure it put and i explained to her my mental state, but she wouldn't assist me. I still haven't received anything.

Someone wrote, "it was a wonderful experience. They help me from start to finish". NOT ME! I filed for divorce in 2019 and I am still waiting. I have asked for help repeatedly. When I called the judge's assistant in November 2020 she told me to send her a Testimony to Trial., which I did immediately. I still have not heard from her and the form is not even entered in the docket. I guess I will break the rules and try to contact the judge directly. Really bad serviive. I called Monday, left a voicemail mail and no one has returned the call. What's left? Write the Clerk, (which I did once last year)contact the judge, send a letter to the newspapers? It's terrible how I have to have my life on hold because these people will not do their jobs. I have been patient because of corona but this is going on ridiculous!

Lendy’s is the clerk I spoke to who was extremely condescending and rude. As soon as she picked up the phone and I started explaining my situation she started laughing. She then went on to berate me. She was ABSOLUTELY no help. Waste of time. Palm beach county please do better. Especially when you are a law abiding citizen who is trying to get answers to pay off your FIRST PARKING TICKET.
