We got married here, and everyone from security, to the clerk, and the judge was super nice!! There was only 3 couples getting married, we were the second ones to go and we loved how quick it was. We were able to take pictures and video in the courtroom so we have those memories forever. Thank you everyone here at the Kendall County Court House.

They have changed to a new e-filing system to trying and make things more efficient but in reality it is actually very difficult for people to use. I am a pretty tech savvy person and I spent more time trying to file court documents than filing my taxes. It would have been much faster to do the old paperwork the day I went in there than to spend the last 3 days so far trying to file these and I still haven't gotten them done yet. I'm not sure how much more I can deal with trying to deal with this much more. It is not as easy as they make it out to be. They should give people the option to file either in person or online .
As a Kendall County divorce lawyer, I found the clerk's staff very helpful. The facilities are also top notch. Another convenient aspect to Kendall County divorce is that parties may pay for the transcript of their "prove up" on the spot, instead having to come back later and do so. The additional of electronic filing via i2file has made this court even more efficient.
