First time offender, early this January I went through a yellow light because I couldn't stop in time. Officer said it was red and that I was going faster than I should have, he had a lawyer and I represented myself. Doesn't matter. Pretty sure the judge will take whatever the cop says as true even though he had no evidence.

First time offender, did everything in my power to prove I made a mistake and was working towards righting my wrong. Had the book thrown at me. Found out through my public defender it is all politics, go figure. Only thing I can say is my public defender did his best and did fight for me.
