i called multi times to get the tax office dept. listen and wrote down the numbers which was given TOOOOO fast for anyone to get . finally got the number called and had recording we open M-F 9-5 however it was 10:10am on a MONDAY morning. So called one of the other tax numbers and the LAURENS dispatch answered. Laurens courthouse if for the birds. they can not even give right phone numbers to call!!!!! or take phone off answering service after coming in to work.
I was wearing a tasteful, off the shoulder top, that not a single person said anything about until the old man outside the courtroom, who wouldn't allow me inside because I was "too exposed" [I was wearing a tank top under the off the shoulder top too]. He then told me I couldn't sit on the benches to wait because "the benches aren't for visitors". Um, what?
I have only good experiences especially at the child support office. There isn't any wait times which is wonderful and the people are patient and kind. I wish every government office could run so efficiently and quickly.
Laurens County Clerk of Courts office is evidently run by embeciles. They apparently do not serve the public interests, but rather their own shallow base of interests which appear to exclude the people they are responsible to serve. Their inability to manage or effectively update records in a period of less than 5 years suggests that all of the staff should be summarily fired, and replaced - beginning with a new managing clerk.
They will allow Foard h Tarbert to steal your land and then move boundary lines, tell you to go get yourself an attorney. But please😫🙏🙏💓 don't get Big Sandy Crooked, Cruishank. The laurens county Courthouse the entire system is one bad joke. The biggest tax evasion exemption scram is being covered up. Because sled and Attorney General office refuses to investigate, Sheriff Donald Reynolds finding. The county citizens have the right to know about these crimes.
