I saw a person who I was in court against ans I froze while going through security , the sheriff knew right away I was in a freeze mode and he quickly pulled me to the side and snapped me out of it by establishing trust and redirecting my frozen to by Reminding me I am safe! kudos to him for not treating me like a number but as an individual going through a tough time !

Upon entering the premises a sign reads: all persons entering shall submit to an electronic search and strictly enforced. - I seen multiple people skip in front of others waiting and bypass the security check point and when questioning the security staff why they weren’t screened he responded by saying he would ask me to leave if I didn’t stop being sarcastic! He would place me in default of my court should he diss allow me and I’m not sure that staff are allowed to kick me out for being sarcastic and since the sign says strictly enforced it should be and ameveryone entering should be screened they have disgruntled employees in every proffession what makes this one so special that none of its employees are never subject to the security check would seem discriminatory and prejudicial to continue the practice I also am summoned there repeatedly and consistently so now that they know me am I above the policy of the security screening? No the sign says strictly enforced and as it should be!!!

Just posted a screen shot demanding speedy trial communication to attorney of record and they decided to dismiss the case and bring up later to deny speedy trial rights also attorney fail to represent clients and fail to understand they are appointed and are to do these things they fail to adhere to rules and procedure and are deliberately indifferent to the health and safety of clients mellissa sommers is newly appointed council on this matter and fails to provide discovery documents i also have emails of direct contact im waiting for the judicial qualifications review board to create a public page for the purpose of keeping records of attorney and judicial misconductwill be posting more prime examples as they continue to present them selves

The clerk's here are worthless. they are I'll informed and give contradictory information. Moreover they do not stand behind or work to rectify their mistakes. They alone have cost me hundreds of dollars because they were unable to assist with a simple situation. Many need to be removed from the office.
