They be little everybody, they have zero respect for other human beings. Everybody that works there feels like they are better than everybody else! Can’t even call them looking for information without them having some sort of attitude or them giving their personal two cents into everything! Unprofessional!

We got married in key west it was great. The Friday before we went to the courthouse to fill out the paperwork. They asked us to check the name and it was wrong we laughed about it while she was fixing it. She then handed us the license in an envelope as it was raining. We left next day we have the license to the wedding coordinator had the ceremony and she mailed it in. Well the lady never fixed the license. So I called it was 7 dollars to correct. I didn't want to get the girl in trouble so I didn't make a big stink filled it out while the lady on the phone kinda heckled me how she would never forget me ( because I called and I was the guy I think). It has been 3 weeks and still haven't received anything and my wife took some days to change her name ( they did not care one bit). I am now fed up with their lack of work ethic. They literally work as they are on island time. Yet they charge like they are island. Sad because everything else was amazing

This county is the WORST COUNTY IN ALL FLORIDA. I called on Tuesday 02/11 asking how much my ticket was and if i can pay online, Ellen Graves went ahead and told me “no i have to call” i called today to make payment and she wants to go ahead and state that she never said that. If you guys record your phone calls go ahead and pull that conversation up, i advised when i called tuesday that wasn’t said she said she said i wouldn’t have said that because we do not take payments over the phone. She was very rude and tried to say she never stated that. This county is the worst and so are their employees.
