Need help with probate in Virginia?
The ladies that I have worked with here are prompt and professional. I would say probably one of the better customer service experiences as far as clerk's offices go across the state.
It is my opinion that Cheryl Williams is the most rude person I have ever had to deal with. She is very unprofessional and not helpful at all. I have never ran across anyone so rude and belittling that work with the public. I was given incorrect information; unless Nottoway county is different that other counties that I reached out to. She stated "you need to let me talk, you have been talking over top of me this entire conversation" ( I was trying to ask questions so I would understand since I do not work with the court system.) She stated that "I am not an attorney and neither or you" She said there is not such a thing as an emergency protection order. I later found out that information was untrue.
