Reviews of the Orange County Clerk of Courts
We had a walk-in appointment for passports. We are a family of 4, including 2 little girls who were nervous and had to use bathroom often. All of the women who worked security were very kind. They worked quickly to move us through. They made our girls feel comfortable. Reese worked quickly to take our pictures and answer any questions we had. Finally, the star of the show was KAYLA. She is the kindest, most patient, and understanding clerk I’ve ever met. Even on a Friday afternoon, she walked us through all the paperwork, fees, and our repeated mistakes ( don’t print your application double sided). We never felt rushed. She was great! A great experience at this location.
Horrible experience with 3 security guards at 11:30am. My sister was getting married. We had my grandma 2 nieces they wouldn’t let us sit on the side of the building. The guy was first of all very rude and obnoxious to my mother. We where just sitting down and telling us to sit inside the car. Please fix this situation.
The court house is at the back of stores. Turn on that side street and it's pass gas station, behind the plaza.
These people never called my number skipped me and everyone that came in with me or after me had left my number was never called because they don't like black people
First time passport! Everything was a breeze and everyone was very pleasant. Save time you can print the application online and have it filled out and ready or they will give you one and have your documents ready such as proof of citizenship (birth certificate) etc they did keep it but said it will be mailed backed to me she gave me a copy to ease my worries 😊 I also had my $110 money order ready(you can use a check) there is also a cashier's fee $36 cash/card they also will take your passport photo for you here $10. In by 9:45 out by 10:30. Nice!
