This court is the biggest joke ! For 6 months the prosecutor threatened a felony, for weed, weed candy, and weed paraphernalia found in my car while driving. I ended up paying a 1700$ fine for the misdemeanor “deal” I plead to. Don’t let them scare You. I shouldn’t have took the deal but I live in another state and just wanted to get on with my life.
One lady was extremely nice who was helping me, but when she swiped my card, I told her it came out of my account and even held up my phone. Then the other lady is gonna tell her do it again, after I kept saying it came out. She then proceeds to try to tell me it will fall off and my bank has to fix it. I worked in bank settings so I knew at that moment they couldn’t do anything. So long story short they swiped my card TWICE and took two big payments out. I had to call their credit card people just to tell me it will be refunded eventually! Not everyone has money like that to just get taken. Granted I’ll get it back and I probably wouldn’t have been as mad, but the lady had a nasty little attitude and wouldn’t listen and now I have to wait to pay things until my account comes current again. I will defiantly never use my card! A small problem that could’ve been fixed if she would’ve allowed the other lady who was helping me handle it!!!
I was ticketed almost 3 weeks ago, they didn’t post my ticket to pay until a week before it was due, and then told me I couldn’t pay it online. I had to either have them mail me a bunch of stuff to sign and mail back with money, or to pay it in person. I drove 2 hours out here to pay, only to have the place closed for a holiday that i don’t even get off, with no notice. Ridiculous
