Need help with probate in Pennsylvania?
Shamelessly corrupt, to say the least. Someone needs to correct the system here.
Fiance and I went in to receive our marriage license today. 8/24 The security guard/man in officer uniform was absolutely rude to us both. I have never been in a court house and was not sure how things work as far as leaving items in the car. I was talked to rudely and with total disrespect. I never thought someone in this officers position at a court house would be so impolite, rude and disrespectful as if you are a convict.
Absolutely awful experience with the town clowns they have working there. No parking as usual. I hate going here.
If I could've given this no stars I would have. My fiance and i went to apply for a marriage certificate and the woman helping us turned it into a circus. The process was overdrawn, she half paid attention to our responses to questions. She told me my court papers were not certified and they were she just paid no attention. I had to broadcast my medical information across a room full of people. The papers were filled out wrong 4 different times. At one point during the time we were dealing with this woman my fiance even asked her was this like a hidden camera show. It felt as though we were on the old TV show "boiling points".this was supposed to be something special to us and unfortunately the lady we Delt with at the court house made the experience very hard and not enjoyable. Very awful place to go for marriage licensing. I recommend going somewhere else.
Be careful and keep your proof of payments on hand because this court scammed me out of hundreds of dollars that I shouldn’t of had to pay I paid a fine the next day they send out a constable and mail me a fine for that fee I refused to pay it they sent out another constable few weeks later then I just paid it again yesterday and guess what today a constable comes to my door again and I bet they going to try to get me to pay that again iam informing my lawyer of this possible scam
