Need help with probate in Idaho?
I don't say it that I loved it. It was ok as usual other than seams to always cost me money once I step foot in the door. Sometimes my fault, sometimes not. But not very often!!!!
Very helpful people gave me the time of day and walked me through what I needed help with
Not a very friendly place. I would avoid. It seems like half of the people that are required to come here with representation get the stiff arm of the law. I think the judges know the laws better than I do. But I do think that one person always gets shafted.
Mainly Clerks office, Says open at 9am, yet they refuse to answer phones until 915am or later. Has happened more than once. Wrong change given back, I had to count it back to her for her to realize she gave me back my $100. ALWAYS make sure you get a receipt. Chances are, they lost your payment information and failed to let you know. And also lack of responsibility when it comes to filing tickets in a timely manner, I should not have to come in on the last day I have to make the payment and have to push the employees to do their job. If you have time to sit in the back with your lady friends in the back drinking coffee, by all means you have time to do your job! Not always the friendliest people to deal with over the phone or in person, sorry you had to step out from behind your desk or away from your friends to do your job. They even gave the public computers to look up all the information, you only have to take a payment and they can barely do that correctly☹️
