About visiting the probate court

Need help with probate in Missouri?
They refuse to help women in our community who need protection! I've tried getting two restraining orders and wasnt granted a emergency one either time! They wont give u emergency anything until someone already harms you and that is just sad why not try to prevent it before it happens?
As an advocate assisting families in need this has been the WORST experience. Zero follow up from the DA's office. This is my 1st time advocating for a family in MO and I would be incredibly embarrassed if this was who is responsible for keeping the community safe. The lack of communication in this county between the DA, SO, PD and community out reach programs is nonexistent. The DA cant even get the SO to enforce a law directive in a court order from their own county and their own judge... its shameful!
If I could do 1 star I would! The only helpful lady was the clerk - everyone else was garbage. I know several people on here have complained about the prosecutor, not to beat a dead horse but he really is that crummy. Impossible to get a hold of and a poor negotiator, I truly feel for the people that have to deal with him. The judge seems okay at best but I will never be going anywhere near Callaway county or Fulton again! just terrible
Horrible people stuck in a poor little community! Callaway County is a Hoosier island to a great state - sad that most of their income comes from speeding tickets and hyper-enforcement of petty “crimes”. Will never go back! I feel bad for anyone who works here! Not to mention the prosecutor should surely be voted out! He doesn’t know what he’s doing and his best interest is getting an insane amount of revenue for the county - not considering the people’s lives! Not too fond of the judge either ... at least they have air conditioning. Lol!
Not the Best and Brightest. Not by a long shot. Filed a complaint for Associate Circuit Court, the woman who filed it, filed it in small claims. So, if you just have a high school education, you too can work there....
You shouldn’t have to waste your time becoming a legal expert when someone dies. Affidavits? Executor vs. beneficiary? You just need to know what to do so you can get back to your family.
