WORST COURT IN THE STATE OF MARYLAND!! If i could give them 0 star, i would. Worthless bunch of people i have ever met. Always short staff on judges. Wonder why?
They let the states attorney with hold evidence and change a witness testimony . David Daggett is a worthless human being and so is the judge that allowed this. Then on top of it I pay all my restitution then the amount is changed on me so I pay it. Now these corrupt people put a lein on the deed to my house for more money. You all are worthless dirty corrupt scum who are a waste of breath . They all need to go in the corner and hate themselves bc the evil things you are doing no one will ever care when you die.hopefully all of you involved lose everything you have and end up homeless and on the street.
I would have given a zero. The most incompetent system and employees. An application was submitted and instead of mailing notice to address on application they sent is to the former attorney who is now a judge there. No notifications was ever made to applicant and the case went before court and dismissed as a no show!, attempts were made to get them to understand how can this be resolved to get notified we were advised they will make sure we are notified this time ? Why didn’t they do it the first time. The first time they stated it wouldn’t occur in less than 30 days it actually occurred 14. The system didn’t work from the beginning and the end result was a direction to my legislator to change the law. Next stop Governors office.
WOW being rude and unprofessional greeting is part of their customer service courtesy, beside she not helpful and she needs to be trained to have better service attitude.
You shouldn’t have to waste your time becoming a legal expert when someone dies. Affidavits? Executor vs. beneficiary? You just need to know what to do so you can get back to your family.
