About visiting the probate court

Need help with probate in Kentucky?
I feel as if the only people that leave five star reviews have either never been to this courthouse or work at this courthouse. It’s a courthouse. Overly unnecessarily complicated processes that lack actual organization. You know, a courthouse.
Court is not always a pleasant process but I have never been treated unfairly when I've had to go for Divorce stuff or even DNA court .
I have always received efficient, professional, and courteous service from the staff. In fact, about five (5) minutes ago, I called this office to discuss a matter. The gent who assisted me was kind and helpful. I asked him for his name; he identified himself as "Chris." So, thank you, Chris, for your assistance. You folks keep up the good work!
I'm pretty sure that no one enjoys being here unless you are being paid to be there.
Went in for a traffic ticket, went to the restroom and was harrassed by a team of county officers to decide if I was on the dockett after being harrassed by one of these officers while looking for it. The process isn't very smooth and they don't seem too interested in your story no matter how minor, inconvenient, or expounded it is. One did remove an insurance charge, after some thought, with an N-A-C Form from an email.
