Reviews of the Franklin County Circuit Court
How interesting it is for us to be able to review the franklin county courthouse. I am highly surprised of the comments. I am always amazed how every "Local Guide" always gives things in franklin county 5 stars..Really have to ask the local guide, "how friendly of service do you think you are going to receive at a courthouse"? Anyone can read the reviews and see that most people coming here are not under good circumstances. What kind of review can you really expect for the "local guides" that dont even share their reasons or experiences for the big 5 stars. The unfortunate understanding of this review, is you can not rate the judges. It appears the others that "tried" to leave a review. So lets take a look at this, for you and I, because most may not be aware, you can represent yourself in a court of law in missouri. Including this courthouse, where judges discriminate against you for doing so. How so?, lets take a look at some of the judges comments if you do so. How about this one?, "so _________, you want to represent yourself, which you can, but Im going to tell you, just like I told the attorney that wanted to represent himself, I DONT RECOMMEND IT., with that being said, do you want to contiunue"?. Lets pause for just a min. everyone...Why does a judge even need to give this comment, because yes, it happened, more than once, at this courthouse, by those that are sworn in. 1st off, lets get this point across for you and I. If you and I have the ability to represent ourselves, why would a judge give such an intimidating speech? You really have to wonder, which judge or judges hold prejudice against those that represent themselves, that are not part of a "fraternal club", REALLY. or why would those in this legal community such as lawyers or judges feel that you are not "recommended" to represent themselves. There is nothing better than exposing prejudice for what it is, and why. Simply put, there are many qualifications that a judge or lawyer have to maintain or have to be there.. And if you are intelligent enough or believe in justice enough to represent yourself as the law allows, you and I will be treated poorly. You and I can expect a comment like "I dont have time to explain this to you, because you dont have representation". Comments like those are not meant to help you, rather to make you feel as if you are not smart enough, to even respond. So if you skip over the "team" of lawyers, you'll know here, basically by the way the judge will treat you. Which by the way, its on record there. I dont have to mention any names, mainly because the lack of respect that they are sworn into, is clearly seen in their comments and actions in the courtroom. Do not be surprised if they will not even speak to you, rather you are treated poorly for using the law (representing yourself). So how can this help? Only by making people aware, yes knowledge is powerful, and words will always retain their value. Do not be mistaken, even when given the opportunity to correct the wrong, that is not their purpose. And if the judges even care to look at the "nobles" reviews. Do not be mislead, plausible deniability cannot save any of us from REAPING WHAT WE SOW FROM GOD. Keyword here: "practicing law", practice. Too bad many like you and I are not allowed to "practice" our job, rather, you and I are required to know it.
I called 8 times. Trough out different times of the day until close. Nobody answered. My court is in 2 days and I can't go because of a medical condition. So if there's is warrant for my arrest because of that, that's very unprofessional on their end.
