Need help with probate in Georgia?
Imagine being a senior citizen and waiting in line for a probate docs for hour thus only to realize you could walk right in to get assistance.. The deputy at the door was no help.. he was helpful after all of that. Once inside.. We were greeted with a no so nice and attitude from the clwrk Nikema Thomas.. she needs to respect her senior citizens and check her tone in how she speaks and mannerisms. I wanted to say but i held my peace. Anywho.. its a shame alot of this stuff should be electronic or via zoom especially gun permits and marriage that explains the long lines.. I HOPE TO SEE A BETTER TURNAROUND IN THE FUTURE!
Very rude , spoke with a supervisor. They must hire anyone because every staff that I spoke to is just rude it’s ridiculous.
Why don’t government entities take their service as serious as businesses. I guess success doesn’t rely on quality service delivered. Please update your hours to reflect accurate hours of operation. Also please add information to your site to inform what payment options are available. This will save people trips. Additionally, make sure you have people available to answer your phones. Auto attendants are ok but, doesn’t excuse the need for a person answering as well. Many businesses are feeling the effects of the pandemic. You are not excused from serving your customer. Or are you?
Slow government showing how to most effectively, through pure inefficiency, waste tax payer money....
Horrible experience with getting my marriage license. The employees are extremely rude! It's almost if they take pride in being rude and making the process extremely painful.
