Need help with probate in Michigan?
Was to report for jury duty today, May 2. I arrived at 9 a.m. today and while going thru security I was instructed to turn my phone off. At 10:23 a.m today they notify me to tell me "You do not need to report. "The case has settled." Mind you, I am in the lobby with my phone off as instructed. To put it this way.....I am ....off. I call them and tell them I was in the lobby. They say, "You didn't have to be there till 12:30." BLANKETY BLANK!
It's actually a really nice court house! Layed out perfectly. Also, there is a lot of history there. Very nice. I'm going to be going soon to fight.for my babies. This time.around they are going home with me!!!! This time around I am not getting a court appointed layer. They just show up right before court and didn't let me put in any evidence nor have anybody on the stand. I didn't even get to throw in any afifavits. I tried so hard to show him ALL the evidence I have!!! But, he just didn't care. When we were in court everybody who sat on the stand said either hearsay or they were assuming! He sat in his seat and did nothing but smile as everybody perged on the stand. This time around I am getting my own layer and I have learned a lot about the court system.
Best place to take my morning craps very clean bathrooms. Not so friendly staff.
