I had to drive from Indiana all the way to the courthouse. I was 35 min late and lost custody of my daughter. Got back to my car and had no gas! I went back in and the clerks, who felt bad for me, gave me gas money to drive back home. Good people!
Chris, the Clerk in the Civil Division was a very helpful, professional and friendly individual. She sets the bar for other civil service employees!
Never answer phones. I’ve called every day for the past week regarding a exhaust ticket and I can’t get a phone call back. Worst service I’ve seen from people who are supposed to be there to help. Not to mention the ticket I received was wrongful to begin with. Absolutely ashamed of Jefferson county sheriffs and the court system.
Tried calling to get in touch with someone in Human Services on a Tuesday at 2:15 pm. No answer. Then tried another half dozen extensions at the Jefferson court house. No answer at any of them. Unreal.
I go to the Fort Atkinson police about an incident that happened between my 2 month old and her father. The police did nothing!!!! It was supposed to go to the Prosecutor's office (so i was told) Where is the justice for our babies?
