Need help with probate in Michigan?
This is probably the worst county to Deal with a custody case! The don’t care if kids are alienated from the other parent, they don’t care about the children’s best interest at all. It’s honestly so sick and sad.
Did not show concern about items stolen or the truth. I felt they just wanted to brush off the real facts and end the case . The Plaintiff used the court to protect their untruth by hiding assets . Michigan could care less about truth . I tried to present fact but was denied . The plaintiff changed their story about 3 times about not being to pay for services . They claimed they had no (NO) assets . It is ok to lie in court , hay people do it everyday . I have to see their point . The better the hiding the truth , the better your result . It is ok to lie on the complaint The judge is also under oath .......
Deb was incredibly patient and didn’t rush me as I called looking for a file. Most offices lack true customer service these days but hers didn’t. I felt like she cared about helping me. I was able to have a better understanding after speaking with her and know what to do now. :)
Very CORRUPT. This court and judges do not recognize children's rights. They do not follow state custody or federal UCCJEA laws. This court should be thoroughly investigated for crimes against children and the people.
Can you say kangaroo court. The police around here rarely make an arrest they just write up a report and submit it to the prosecutor so he can see how much money he can make off the case if it is worth their while. Then if they could make some money off of your case look out they will take all the money you have.
