Need help with probate in Pennsylvania?
Family court department ladies have been nothing but rude, never received my documents I needed and refused to send another. and when I asked, they gave a disrespectful attitude and said “ oh well I don’t know what to tell you, it’s not my problem “ then just hung up on me. And these are the people that are in charge of documentation that impact people? What a disgrace
The staff of the judicial clerks for divorce is awful. They have horrible customer service and think they're better than everyone. They make mistakes, are very rude and have no accountability, nor do they want to help correct their mistakes, even when it's brought to their attention. They will always push the burden to the customer, HORRIBLE! They do NOT even deserve 1 star!
I truly appreciate everything that judge Anthony did for me and everyone else who helped me. I had two kids with different last names but the same father I felt guilty and the people in the courthouse truly did help me get my daughter's name change so we could truly be a whole family again. Thank you god bless everyone.
It is clear that Lehigh County court system was not prepared for an emergency such as this covid pandemic issue. I believe we may have a few judges who are striving to get things back to normal. However it is clear Lehigh Counties failure to run the legal system properly is evident.
I've only been here twice, both for a concealed weapons permit. Both times were very nice. I believe they are officers that do security at the entrance, and they were extremely nice and understanding when I had forgotten a survival tool in my wallet that had a knife on it. They placed it in a bag and i picked it up on my way out. Inside the Sheriffs office the people that have helped me both times were very nice and helped me quickly.
