About visiting the probate court

Need help with probate in New Jersey?
I was supposed to have a court appearance. I tried calling for over a week to find out how the meeting would be viewed and no one returned my call. The only help I received was from the judicial clerk Alison Johnson. She put forth the effort and saw that the matter was properly resolved.
Too rude. If you don’t want to work there then just say that. Followed up today about default hearing and my notice said to contact the court for method of hearing. I did and the “lady” had a whole attitude like I was wrong to follow what was written on the notice. They do too much there.
The process of claiming small claims is so disappointed. Very hard to follow-up our claims. Phone line is busy or they say someone will call you to answer your questions and obviously that never happens.
This building is located in Middlesex county New Jersey. You will see lots of police around this area. So if you real criminal stay away from this place. if you are a criminal and you are tired of running away from the police this is a place to go. Inside of this building there is a metal detectors.
When I called to obtain some information, Christine or Christa (the receptionist who took my call), was extremely unhelpful and advised me that I should check Google to obtain the information I was looking for. I had to laugh at the egregious audacity of this "receptionist"! Perhaps Middlesex County Superior Court should hire someone who provides the kind of professionalism and phone etiquette that doesn't reflect poorly on their credibility.
