Need help with probate in California?
We were just a little over the speed limit, sometimes just following the traffic flow and it’s completely safe when we keeping good distances during a good road condition during the day. I’ve been driving since I was 16, now I’m 26 and finally got my first ticket today, I’ve alway been a good driver and Respectful to cops when they stop me and they just have to give you ticket and ruin your holiday. 3 times in a roll seriously, first time my dad, 2nd time was my friend and it’s my turn now lmao. I guess I’ll find place to snowboard elsewhere.
I have never received the level of service I received from T in pretty much any customer service based company, except maybe American Express, let alone from a governmental agency. T was polite, answered the phone, told me exactly what I needed to do in order of steps, and had all the phone numbers. Then when it came time for her end to do something she told me it would happens after 12:00. She called me back at noon on the dot and had taken care of what I needed. Thoroughly impressed.
Nobody there to answer telephones or give any advice or information regarding speeding tickets because of lack of funds. Really people, they just built a a huge new courthouse and there's only three employees listed on the old roster in the Old Courthouse so I can understand the new courthouse must have cost quite as some and they owe everybody a big gratitude of appreciation for helping pay for that building. The least they could do is answer their phones.
The clerk was very nice and knowledgeable. The security guards were nice. Very easy going way to get a court date.
Security staff is warm, friendly and professional. The facility itself is brand new with a warm and convient appeal. Small yet efficient.
