Need help with probate in Tennessee?
Not high on the to-do list while travelling, but should you find yourself with an 'appointment', come well dressed and well represented, arrive early, and be polite. It's a courthouse, get it? The courthouse ia a quaint, old historic building like something out of a movie... Footsteps echo down the polished halls. Spotless and efficient. Parking is easy and cheap and daytime eats are across the street.
I had court today here. The people ballifs/C/O people that let you in treated me like I was a criminal because I was late to a court date 5 hours from where I live. My wife proceeded to ask to go to speak with a clerk to show proof of insurance, this lady c/o or whatever she thought she was tells her to go to window 5 show it to them and leave immediately the whole time the woman was yelling causing a scence. Finally my girlfriend who struggles with BPD asked to speak to her post. She laughed in my wofes face and then waited for ber her boss to show up & mocked her yet again saying she wants to complain about me while smirking. Maybe the girl got picked on in High school. The judge and clerks were very personable but with that one woman there I give this woman 1 stars
Dunce cap for these people. They expect a night shift person that normally sleeps days to be on jury duty with only 12 hour notice. They expect me to check at 5 pm to see if I am selected and if I am to try to go back to sleep during the night when I can't and try to stay awake during the next day when I can't. All that does is make me more vulnerable to getting sick and a hazard on the road during the day.
