Need help with probate in Utah?
Worst court/county to deal with! Called numerous times over various days, and either got a busy signal or no one bothered to answer. Oh and if your going to East Canyon and get there at dark take a flashlight with you because finding their box to pay to park is ridiculous!
Worst court I’ve ever dealt with. No one ever picks up the phone, and they are extremely rude.
Went fishing at Lost Creek. Last minute decided to go there because of thin ice issues other places. There is zero cell reception. I caught a very nice Trout and decided to keep it. Fish and Game came and checked our licenses, and measured the fish. He let me know typically they pinch the tail into a point for maximum length. But his words were " In this case I'm only going to measure to the V of the Tail". It measured in at 21". He let me know there is a slot limit of 22" and he was going to confiscate my fish and write me a ticket for unlawful take. I explained I am guilty of not knowing the rules but had no cell reception to do so nor are there any signs stating such rules. He did not care at all. After making numerous calls to the Justice Court with no answers, I finally got ahold of someone and they let me know it is a $190.00 ticket. For 1"! In order to fight it I have to go there on Tuesdays only at 4:00. Sit until I am called upon and plead not guilty only to have to go back another Tuesday at 4:00 to speak with the prosecuting attorney and MAYBE get it reduced! So I paid it in full rather than taking off work early two days and driving 30 miles each way for a MAYBE.... This is a joke! $190 for that is a scam! And the fact he didn't measure the fish the correct way is not right! Shame on you Morgan County!
