Need help with probate in Georgia?
The lady i spoke to on the phone, about a carrying permit, was RUDE. I was only trying to schedule an appointment and ask about their procedure on how to do so. She was very rude and degrading and short on the phone.
Answered phone on first ring and provided answers to all my questions. Very happy experience with staff.
Spent three and a half hours there trying to figure out which court room my son had court in today, went from 3rd floor to first floor and nobody knew anything ,left and five hours later my son called yo let me know he was in court ,do called back to see why they couldn't help me after me spending all that time there going from court room to clerks office to deputies and even calling jail yo see , no one knew he was in court but him. I really am upset that no one could tell me anything and then leaving and him there with no support at all. After talking to my son and call g back up there he shows up on probate court, now how do you think that makes me feel , I had to reassure him that I was there and talked to everyone not once but three different times. Somewhere the ball was dropped and no one wants to admit it was their fault. Our justice system needs to be looked into. They should know who and what is going on with in their courts.Smh it's a shame that my son thought we didn't care enough to show up when we were there.
