Reviews of the Pierce County Superior Court
Been to many court houses, the staff was probably the most friendly staff I've met. Hands down the most nice building I've ever been in. Very helpful also for people who never been there!
Great location off of Tacoma Avenue, lots of paid parking make sure you bring cash or credit card. The property is on a hillside with lots of topography but it is all ADA compliant with wheelchair ramps and elevators to go up to the courthouse. They have vendors with snacks coffee premade sandwiches etc. The property has been renovated but it’s starting to get dated. bathrooms could always be a little cleaner. It’s a courthouse in a “public facility” what else would you expect?
These judges and Commissioners in Pierce County really need to be assess an investigation done by the FBI. I do believe that they are taking payoffs! From colleagues and other attorneys. I don't think the people are aware that judges used to be attorneys. a lot of these judges have been friends with some of these attorneys for 30 and 40 years. Which causes a very biased situation for the opposing party!!! Some of them even went to school together. This makes it very difficult when you are representing yourself in a family law matter. Recently I experienced a matter where Child Protective Services has placed my child in my care because his father has brutally beat him in the head. My son has traumatic brain injury just spent 13 days and Children's Hospital 100% my son was on suicide and homicide watch because the ruling of this judge. The evaluators at Children's Hospital indicated that our system is broken and it this is why children are being abused! I took in all the information from the date my child was placed with me from the hospital stating that my ex hits my son in the head every day and all the pictures of very severe injuries to my child's head and body. I don't even think the commissioner looked at my evidence my husband and I personally feel he already made up his mind before he walked into the courtroom based off a biased opinion of friends with my ex's attorney. He also looked at a summary report that was faults and allowed my ex and his attorney to perjure themselves. They were very friendly with each other I think he is friends with my ex's attorney. This makes things very unfair in the legal profession. I feel like there is no justice in Pierce County. & many other counties this is becoming a severe epidemic...I did what Child Protective Services told me to do and now they're trying to throw me in jail for breaking a court order. If a child has been abused I think that that overrides a court order! I've never hurt a child in my life and have zero criminal history so I am very confused on to how they could even get an ex parte motion against me while the child is in my care place by Child Protective Services! yet I'm the one that's going to be thrown in jail. This is all unprofessional and these judges I do believe our taking payoffs and are favoring clients that have attorneys that they are personal friends with some of them ranging from 30 to 40 Years of friendship. I just recently got served paperwork the attorney broke into my house to serve me the paperwork. Since I'm afraid for my life there's no way I would have opened the door. I called the police and the police made a report. But if I had broke into somebody's house I would have been sitting in jail. Just like if I hit a child in the head I would be sitting in jail and never see my children again! Just because somebody is Rich does not mean that they do not use their money as power and that they do not abused their children? Just because they are rich and have a tourney that is Friends the judge does not make them above the law. But in Pierce County Washington this is taking place and I've watched it in two different cases now! people because they're rich think that they are above the law. I don't think that people are aware of the amount of corruption that is happening in this office. But the paperwork states that the same judge that denied my motion allowed perjury and did not look at my evidence is going to be the judge that probably will throw me in jail. When I've never hurt a child or committed a criminal crime. my ex is actually the perpetrator he is just very rich and has a very expensive attorney. There is no justice in Pierce County Washington💔
