About visiting the probate court

Need help with probate in Indiana?
If you don't mind being railroaded by a liberal Democrat. Then this is a great court for you. In all honesty Porter County court is probably one of the worst I've ever been in. The judges there seem to think that they can rule with opinion rather than fact.
I needed marriage license copies and Tara was wonderful. With all the covid restrictions, I wasn't sure what to do. I sent an email and she responded quickly and was very friendly. She took care of what I needed, was informative and just wonderful. Thank you Tara!
The women in the clerks office are rude, barely want to help you. Constantly saying you have the wrong paperwork but I’ve printed off what the packet entails. They barely acknowledge you when you’re standing there. It’s multiple women in that office and you mean to tell me one of you can’t look up and walk to a desk to help someone? You’re quick to run and get your coffee though. I cannot wait until I am finished dealing with a matter there. They are all rude.
The ladies that work in the clerk's office, one short lady in particular, was so rude and difficult. Not clear on instructions and was very short as if I shouldn't be asking any questions. She treated me as if I was interrupting her day. They need training on how to interact with people.
Robert Harber is very horrible attorney treats people like they are don't understand maybe if he would explain things and take time. It would be helpful. Shame on him. He hurt my daughter very badly today. God help him. Maybe he needs to think about how he would like someone treating his child that way. The system needs to change and communicate needs to be a part of the process.
