Need help with probate in California?
Not sure why this place has such low stars. For me it easy to pay and always had great experience taking to the court house over the phone.
This place is a joke I went to go and try to get information on a ticket that I got place was closed yet on the paper that I got it says open. You see staff go in and out yet no one knows how to help you. Oh and don't try calling you'll be on hold for 10 mins with no answer they ask you to leave your name number email address and they'll get back to you but wait it's full so better stay on and hope you get lucky.
How are you supposed to pay a ticket if no one will answer, hours of operation isn't even a full work day..
I've been here 20 minutes waiting to clear a fix it ticket. Why do I even need to be here in person at all? Bc there is no online or mail in option. The service is bad, and they don't care much: what are you going to do about it? Our taxes hard at work folks! I just LOVE paying 12% state tax and having horrible public service, unusable schools, and homeless everywhere. Looks like they are putting all that money to great use. Also it was a little late so had to pay a $300 fine. They are really good at collecting our money. Not so great with the service part.
