About visiting the Snohomish County Superior Court

About visiting the probate court

Who to speak with when visiting the Snohomish County probate court

Upon visiting the Snohomish County Superior Court, look for signs or directions to the probate division within the main courthouse. Once you’ve located the probate division, make your way to any reception desks and ask to speak with a probate clerk or probate judge. The probate clerk at Snohomish County Superior Court may or may not require appointments based upon the busyness of the probate court, so it’s a great idea to call ahead.

Plan ahead to be early in case available parking is limited and be prepared for formal security measures upon entering the building, as courthouses are official state and federal property. This generally includes passing through metal detectors and allowing search of any belongings.

Many courthouses do not allow cell phones, so keep that in mind as your phone may need to be turned off upon entering the courthouse, or even left outside.

I paid $10 for a contempt of court motion from this courtroom for a temporary order they have in place in contempt of two court full orders including one from they're own court. Yesterday I went to this court to get the motion signed and the lady judge didn't even care that someone was grandstanding they're court and blatently going against signatures signed in court. To be in contempt of court you must be going against a full order, not temporary... I told her that I wanted Justice because the other party was going against full orders from WA state and she said to go somewhere else... No Justice here? Because of this injustice every night I have to go through attempts at my life, people stealing my car when I'm sleeping, high pitch noise that is trying to give me an anyurism, and identity theft and stolen mail, because instead of looking up my cases and hearing the outcomes they helped a man who was blatently commiting libel on court documents. No Justice still. During the pandemic this court stole my home from me that I have the only right to after Feb 11 2020, signed pre pandemic. Contradicting itself with no appeal. And going against General and chief did remove me from my home contradicting they're own prior case judgement because a criminal lied to a cop who than lied to everyone else. PS this courthouse does not do identity checks so any person can walk in here and file a suit against anybody even if your not that person and just a look a like.

the commissioner that heard my case was rude, arrogant and thought she was above everyone else. She is rude to the attorneys and the parents. She has no empathy, does not follow the law as she ignored all evidences I provided on my declaration and handed my child to our abuser. Left me with no support from the father whatsoever. If you google this commissioner's name it will take you to a website Called the robin room and her reviews there are just so bad that I would be embarrassed to be her. I am deeply sorry for all the children that she has put in danger all these years. I don't understand how she is still practicing law

I went to the Superior Court clerk officer per DOL to get a court order started for a vehicle liscense. They literally had no idea what I was talking about even though I had a WAC. It's amazing how two government agencies cant work together. We need a better system.

Absolutely heinous, the security staff are power mad...they all need to go back to McDonald's where their only responsibility was saying, "Would you like fries with that?". They do not know how to do their job at all..just pathetic.

This place is a joke. We had a snow storm and I called 3 Times to let them know I was in route and I arrived at 4:30 on the dot through security and everything and was told through a small window sorry we are closed... that’s the time I was told I need to be there by and she was super rude about it. I said can you please help me I’ve been driving for 2 and a half hours to get here and she just said no sorry. We open again tomorrow at 8:30. Not that this review will do anything just wanted to share my thoughts on this place and how yes there is still miserable People out there that almost thrive on others going through a rough time. Do you think I want to be there turning in paperwork for a divorce... Thanks again snohomish county!
