Who to speak with when visiting the Solano County probate court
Plan ahead to be early in case available parking is limited and be prepared for formal security measures upon entering the building, as courthouses are official state and federal property. This generally includes passing through metal detectors and allowing search of any belongings.
Many courthouses do not allow cell phones, so keep that in mind as your phone may need to be turned off upon entering the courthouse, or even left outside.

The people here are essential workers and even though no one really likes to go to court, they are doing their best to assist everyone. They haven't been able to "work from home" during the Covid-19 Pandemic and they work hard as public servants. Thank you to the essential workers here and everywhere! 🙏 ❤
The Sheriff were professional & Courteous wore masks. The Restrooms were clean
I spoke to a lady name Sarah she was extremely rude, from the moment I start speaking with her over the phone she was very short and her tone was very sassy and sarcastic. She acted as if I was bothering her by even calling in the first place to get information I needed. Just overall extremely unprofessional and very unwelcoming. I don't see how people like this stay employed and at that are able to communicate directly with the public with such attitude. There's so many people that need jobs right now and it seems like they always give it to the ones that least deserve it. I did speak to the manager Samantha, I don't know whether it was really her or not she said her name was Samantha, Sarah said she was transferring me to her but it did take a while and there was a long silent pause in between me talking to Sarah and then me speaking with Samantha so you never really know who you're speaking with but point is it was a very bad first impression. Here I am trying to be a responsible adult and take care of my business and I feel like I'm being punished for doing so by calling in asking for general questions about something they sent me. It's no wonder they already have a two-star rating here on Google I guess I'm just going to add to that because honestly they deserve a zero for customer service experience.
It’s bad enough that this courthouse doesn’t do E filing, so you have to go and stand in line and wait, today I check the the website to make sure it’s not a holiday and it says they are open regular hours, I get there and they can only allow me to file one case because they are closing early for a luncheon, it would have been nice if they would have had that on the website, my clients pay a lot of money to have their cases filed, but the courthouse treats us like we are a bother to them and that they do all this for free. I have nothing against the courthouse showing appreciation for there employees, but it should disrupt my business so they can do it. The excuse I got was that it has been posted, post it on the website next time.
Wow, I thought lines at Disneyland were long, until I tried to pay a traffic fine here. My god, if you have to pay a traffic fine, be sure to bring a chair or something because you’re going to be there for a WHILE. I never thought a 15ft line was capable of taking an hour to go through until today. If I die in this line, somebody pls pay my fine and tell my future wife and kids I love them.
