About visiting the probate court

Who to speak with when visiting the Madera County probate court

Upon visiting the Superior Court of California, County of Madera, look for signs or directions to the probate division within the main courthouse. Once you’ve located the probate division, make your way to any reception desks and ask to speak with a probate clerk or probate judge. The probate clerk at Superior Court of California, County of Madera may or may not require appointments based upon the busyness of the probate court, so it’s a great idea to call ahead.

Plan ahead to be early in case available parking is limited and be prepared for formal security measures upon entering the building, as courthouses are official state and federal property. This generally includes passing through metal detectors and allowing search of any belongings.

Many courthouses do not allow cell phones, so keep that in mind as your phone may need to be turned off upon entering the courthouse, or even left outside.

My experience with this location has been on going and unresolved. The court house has relocated a few years ago and the experiences are continued from that past times. I arrived in Madera County in February of 2006 and since my arrival I have had some experiences which fail to meet my expectation of sworn officials to honor thier freely given oaths to uphold and defend the constitution of the United States of America. We the people out of the many now comes one Eric Cyrus Liszniansky-Henderson holding the sacred fire of liberty to direct the congress of the people to examine the principle basic definition of words in the Declaration of independence , the Bill of Rights and the articles of the Constitution. The United States of America is known as an experiment in government which is a self form of Government. As we the people are first citizens we must never forget that unless we govern our own self persons how is it that we may expect that the people will have confidence in those sworn officials who violate this first principle of self governing? Being various immunities, and or under seals, executive priviledge , or even under national security concerns there is established compartmentalized, 3rd party deniability, and an unaccountability, that shields and protects our public servants from transparency and this has created an total lack of confidence in the people at large in the sworn officials that serve the public. I have found no remedy to clear violations of my bill of rights in local , State , Tribunal nor in the 3 branches of the Federal Government to address my expectation that the sworn officers would be transparent and govern thier own selves by holding themselves to the same standard that they hold others to answer to. I once assumed that the Courts made a record of procedures in order that the higher court might review the record of the Lower court and that justice is preserved when there are clear violations to the widely accepted norms are violated. I have thus spent over 14 years now attempting to set the record straight however it seems as if no matter how much I try my voice is not being heard in any instance. These undisclosed redactions that have been the main topics of news reported over the past 4 years clearly indicate there is a problem in our government but they fail to be transparent or to correct on any level thier own conduct. So I am a layman at the law and I don't understand how our legal system of government works because I do not see any accountability. Therefore in the recent election I am still retaining my ballot as I have no confidence in the election process. I believe my vote does matter and come December 14th 2020 I expect my vote to count. I have not voted for either democratic or republican no any other candidate that was on the ballot that the state of California provided me. I have no confidence in any man to represent my voice in government especially for the President and Vice President of the United States of America. The 5th District Court of Appeals non published opinion in F 070562 speaks about the right to be heard and to this day after exhausting all administrative remedies my voice has not yet been heard. My ballot is my vote my vote is my voice question remains will this court hear my voice? Its really that simple. I pray for our local state tribunal and for all our sworn officials in all 3 branches of the federal Government to be more accountable to we the people to be honest and to tell the truth and finally I charge all you public servants to uphold and defend the constitution of this great nation and to faithfully execute your freely given oath of office to defend we the people against the tyranny of those whom have betrayed thier oaths in thier official capacity and against those tyrants whom seek to circumvent the constitution with specific regards to unwarranted invasion into our homes our private effects and into unlawfully and unwarranted collection of our private data. This is a great challenge to our public servants i pray god help us.

Hopefully you dont have to go to mediation and deal with Anna meridian! BIGGEST C_U_N_T you will ever come across doesn't know how to do her job. Breaks up families and lies on her reports if you hurt her ego and offend her feelings. Filed a complaint to her superior at human resources and they sent me a letter that immediate action has been taken against her hopefully she got fired for her actions . And if she's reading this your b.s. report didn't work the courts threw out your recommendations because it was unethical and un called for
