Need help with probate in Washington?
I have had to go here several times for guardianship hearing and other matters. It is pretty campus but confusing to find where to go. Comprehensive signage and maps at the front would be great. The metal detectors are set more sensitive than airports. I have a metal rod in my leg. It doesn’t set off airport detectors but sets off detectors in every building here. If you have even a small amount of metal, even in your shoe, it will set them off. All staff are pleasant and professional in everywhere I have been here.
Thank you your honorable miss schaller (sp) for seeing through the BS. I appreciate it. It really helps when someone recognizes time wasted over something that never happened and boots the case without unnecessary delay for either party. I appreciate it. It really changed my personal perspective of the superior court.
Thurston County small claims judges are very unprofessional. Every decision is at the whim of the judge and not at all based on the law or justice. Having a written contract means nothing. Having a position based on Washington law means nothing. Their knowledge of the law is pathetic. If you want fairness, justice, etc. get a good attorney (good luck) and go to a real court with real judges.
Most disorganized, private entity, insult to my intelligence. Have an arbitration award, “never seen such a thing”. “Don’t know what to do with it” (angry). “You can file it if you want to but it won’t do anything”. Appalling! This Court has been privatized and does NOT know the LAW! You think you are going to a court of LAW??? Think again! This is a privately owned company, operating UNDER THE COLOR OF LAW! EXTORTION
