Need help with probate in Indiana?
When I had called to see the status on a petition filed, A lady named Dee answered. This lady cut me off before I could explain why I was calling, even after she asked what I was calling about, and at one point she even stated “that’s not what I asked.” She preceded in hanging up on me before I finished speaking to her. Someone who’s job it is to work with people shouldn’t be allowed to interact and treat people like this. This is incredibly unprofessional.
THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST PREJUDICED COURTS THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN . THEY DON'T TREAT BLACKS AND WHITES EQUALLY. THEY LOOSE REQUEST AND LIE ABOUT WHAT PAPERWORK SAYS. THEY GIVE DIFFERENT AMOUNTS OF DAYS TO PAY FINES AND COURT COSTS AND THEY SHOW PREFERENCE AND BIASES TO LONG TIME RESIDENTS OF TIPPECANOE COUNTY VERSUS NEW COMERS REFER TO MY CASE AND THE CASE OF CANDACE HELLERS THAT WENT TO TRIAL ON 04/18/16. NOT ONLY DO THEY MAKE DIFFERENCES THEY HAD HER DEAD WOOD ON CAMERA AND LET HER OFF ON A NON MOVING VIOLATION AFTER SHE HAD SEVERAL CONVICTIONS ON DISREGARDING SCHOOL BUS SIGNS STATED SHE PAYS OVER 200 PER MONTH FOR INSURANCE AND THE JUDGE TOLD HER SHE WAS CLEARLY GUILTY. THE PROSECUTOR ALSO HAD NO OBJECTION TO A VERBAL MOTION SHE MADE IN COURT VERSUS ONE I HAVE A CERTIFICATE OF MAILING FOR A JURY TRIAL FOR AND A VERBAL MOTION FOR TIME TO RETAIN AN ATTORNEY.. THE OFFICER WHO STOPPED ME STATED IN OPEN COURT SHE MADE SEVERAL MISTAKES AND AFTER TWO APPEALS NEITHER JUDGE IN THIS COURT WOULD ADMIT THAT THEY WERE WRONG SO NOW WE ARE OFF TO THE COURT OF APPEALS AND A JUDICIAL REVIEW
