Need help with probate in Utah?
Why are the ratings so low? I haven't had a negative anectodal experience but so far everything here works. The people work and they seem to be nice
If I could give zero stars I would. Just look out for the clerk, Trish P. To say the least she was very unprofessional and down right rude. I asked her for some clarification and instead got rude comments thrown at me. All in all she couldn’t properly or professionally do her job without making others feel worse than she must feel everyday working there.
The clerks at this court location are super helpful professional and quick to give you the correct answers.
Guard offered to hold my pocketknife instead of making me walk it back to my car. Court clerks were friendly and flexible. I was missing some addresses and they let me file and then call in with the addresses the next day. No waiting, there were 3 court clerks ready to assist people. A good experience all around. I did all of this, including paying a $100 filing fee, after 4pm. I originally gave them Five Stars. See my update below. Update The court clerks completely missed the fact that the plaintiff is represented by an attorney. In spite of plenty of documentation of that fact. It isn't that unusual, and when I called in, I was on hold several times while they tried to figure out what was going on,. Plan on spending plenty of time dealing with simple issues to get your case through this office. Three stars..
