Need help with probate in New Mexico?
I had to get my paper work fixed it took me about 2 weeks to get it amended and I finally did. Samantha the clerk her was very helpful and patient with me becuse I sure did call alot!... Lol The last time I called she explained to me that I was in the computer system and it was fixed she had me drive down here to Los lunas she put a seal on it and made my day that you so much Samantha your awesome!!!!
No complaints. Judges seem to be fair and rule with integrity. Professional and courteous staff in person. Always call and make sure you have the Dollar amount for your forms you'll be needing and check to see if they have wifi connection. The weather can knock them offline. So, they have to close the office early. It's understandable, it's not human error. This courthouse looks spectacular and clean as always. No phones or liters. Anything questionable is best left in your car.
Edit from one star to four: first experience there was terrible. Next three times have been much better. County clerks there have been doing a great job after my first experience. Don't try to bring your cell phone in.
Very helpful and courteous staff, they help me find what I was looking for, just be sure to have exact dollar amount if buying forms, they do not give change. Also, no phones allowed.
The clerk secretaries are unbelievably rude. I have called several times for questions and it has been a bad experience every single time. They are curt, interrupt you, and have a negative tone in their voice. It may not seem like much but when you need your questions answered it is not a fun feeling to feel like you are bothering them.
